SHIPPING PROCEDURES:
APPROPRIATE BOX: It is essential that any items you ship—whether frames, wheels, or accessories—are placed in an APPROPRIATE and REUSABLE box (for the return shipment). Packages can easily be damaged during transport, and “DIY” packaging is more at risk than others. You can find suitable boxes at any bike shop, as they usually dispose of them.
SENDER INFORMATION: Please ALWAYS include inside the packages you send your personal details: full name, address, and contact information (phone and email). This helps speed up the identification of frames and the return procedures once the work is completed.
FRAMES: Frames must be sent to us COMPLETELY DISASSEMBLED (you may leave only the bottom bracket bearings). This facilitates oven placement and handling during the various processing stages.
WHEELS: Wheels must be sent WITHOUT: CASSETTES, QUICK RELEASES, TUBULARS, or TIRES.
WE DECLINE ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY ITEMS YOU LEAVE ATTACHED OR FORGET.
WE ALSO DECLINE ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE TO THE PACKAGE OR ITS CONTENTS DURING OUTBOUND OR RETURN TRANSPORT.
According to the latest directives provided by the couriers, USED GOODS CANNOT BE INSURED once shipped.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR COURIER MISTAKES IN CASE OF LOST PACKAGES.
Unfortunately, shipping always carries a degree of risk.
WARNING: Any package requiring payment on delivery (to be paid by us to the courier at pickup) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
EMERGENCIES: If you need your frame or wheels repaired in time for scheduled races, please inform us at the time of your quote request of the exact date by which you absolutely need your equipment back. This allows us to assess feasibility and organize the work in the best possible way.
