The first photo shows the condition of the wheel when it arrived here: one spoke had been replaced previously, rather crudely, and obviously the wheel still had problems.
However, we were able to repair it by completely replacing the spoke and the flange.
The finished work can be seen in the last two photos: the spokes have been re-laced and the wheel is now "as good as new".
